Build per-state rule groups and attach them to your offers. Before any outbound call connects, TrackDrive checks the rule for the contact's state, in the contact's own time zone, and holds the call when it would fall outside the rules:
Every outbound call is checked against do-not-call and known-Blacklist data before it dials, and these checks fail closed — if a lookup can't be completed, the number is treated as blocked rather than risking the call. Connect real-time scrubbing from leading providers, or use your own lists:
Built-in, account-level limits keep contact volume reasonable: per-contact daily and monthly outbound call caps, plus short-call caps by day, week, and month. Calls that would exceed your limits are automatically suppressed.
Tie a verifiable consent record to the lead. TrackDrive captures Jornaya LeadiD consent certificates per call, and can gate delivery to buyers through Jornaya TCPA Guardian — so leads that don't meet TCPA requirements never get connected.
Inbound STOP / unsubscribe / cancel keywords are detected and honored automatically, opting the contact out and recording an immutable opt-out log. Opt-outs cascade to matching leads and can also be applied manually or by a schedule action.
Know who is placing calls on the platform. TrackDrive can require Stripe Identity (KYC) verification before a company places outbound calls, and every outbound account completes a one-time Business Compliance Profile — encrypted legal identity (EIN, legal name, address) plus a signed set of calling-practice attestations covering DNC scrubbing, honoring unsubscribes, calling within legal hours, and accurate caller ID. Signatures are captured immutably, and changing certified data forces re-certification.
Every outbound call placed through TrackDrive is signed with STIR/SHAKEN by our carrier partners — the highest level of caller-ID authentication. It tells the receiving carrier that the caller has been verified and is authorized to use the number, so fewer of your calls are flagged as spoofed and more land as a trusted, verified call.
On top of that, Spam Tag Mitigation registers your numbers with the carriers and displays your business name to recipients, while A2P 10DLC registration keeps your SMS traffic compliant with carrier messaging requirements.
